Ordering instructions

1. Please fill in your details below and we will contact you with a quotation including lead time and delivery costs for the tiles you require.
2. Plain tile samples: We charge the cost of the tile with free postage up to 4 samples. The minimum sample pack cost is £5.50 inc VAT & postage. You can only request up to two samples of the same tile per order.
3. Decorated tile samples: We charge the cost of the tile and postage is charged according to weight.
4. We will email you back with the full cost including the delivery charge. We will also tell you whether an item is in stock and if not, how long it will take to order.
5. After we have sent you a quote, if you would then like to proceed with your order, please call us on 01608 658993 with your payment details or you can pay by BACS payment.
6. We do not take on-line payments on this website so PLEASE DO NOT send your payment details on this form.
